Metaltex BENELUX had a wide assortment on Bol.com — over 300 SKUs live — but many were inactive or poorly optimized. We identified one listing that matched a seasonal consumer trend (autumn/winter), had strong margin potential, and was visually outdated.
After reworking the listing in October 2024, traffic began rising in November — peaking in December with a 4.0% conversion rate and 100% Buy Box share in both NL and BE.
